After 15 years of contributing, learning and growing within the Los Cabos culinary scene, I still had a burning desire to create a unique platform where we could constantly explore our passion for Mexican food and the culinary arts, fine wine and hospitality; a venue where we could go back to the basics of high quality locally grown, farm to table ingredients, that offered traditional Mexican Cuisine as well as modern techniques and a cutting edge vision for Baja Cuisine. By creating an optimal space for fine dining in San Jose del Cabo, we hope to share our passion with travelers and locals alike. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as we enjoy creating it!

Farm to Table at its Finest

Through Locally Grown Ingredients We Aim to Make a More Sustainable San Jose del Cabo.

In December of 2014 we began our farm project, taking great pride in both where and how we source our ingredients. The project cam out of a basic understanding that to create the best meals you must first begin with the best ingredients. With this thought and a passion for our community, we began the transition to locally grown and locally produced ingredients, so we are better able to deliver the best San Jose del Cabo fine dining experience.

Whether we are recreating a classic Mexican dish or breaking new ground with contemporary flavors, it’s important to us that our food is created with a clean conscience. Chef Tadd Chapman has an invested dedication to the farm, frequently visiting to check in and plan the Don Sanchez Menu around seasonal ingredients.
